Refund & Return Policy

Buy With Confidence at Grand Legacy Auto

We understand that purchasing a classic vehicle is a meaningful decision. Our return policy is designed to give eligible buyers a clear review window while protecting the condition, value, and documentation of each vehicle.

Our Commitment

Clear Terms Before and After Delivery

Grand Legacy Auto aims to make every purchase transparent from the first inquiry to final delivery. Before completing a purchase, customers are encouraged to ask questions, review available records, request photos or videos, and arrange inspections when needed.

Return Window

Eligible vehicles may qualify for a return or rejection request within 30 days or 500 miles from the date the vehicle is received, whichever comes first.

The delivery date is considered Day 0. Return eligibility depends on vehicle condition, mileage, documentation, and whether the vehicle remains in the same condition as delivered.

Return Conditions

To be considered for return, the vehicle must remain substantially unchanged from its delivery condition.

  • The vehicle must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.
  • The vehicle must not be modified, damaged, altered, or involved in an accident after delivery.
  • All original documents, keys, accessories, records, and title-related materials must be returned with the vehicle.
Important Exceptions

Non-Returnable Situations

Because classic cars are unique vehicles with individual histories, usage, and condition profiles, some situations may make a vehicle ineligible for return.

Accident or Damage

Vehicles involved in an accident, damaged after delivery, or returned with new defects may not qualify for return.

Altered Vehicles

Cars that have been modified, disassembled, repaired without approval, or changed from their delivered condition may be ineligible.

Final Sale Items

Vehicles or parts sold as “final sale,” “as-is final,” or clearly marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.

Refunds & Costs

How Refunds Are Handled

Once a return request is reviewed and approved, Grand Legacy Auto will coordinate the next steps, including inspection, return logistics, and refund processing.

Refund Process

  • All return requests must be initiated within the eligible return window.
  • Once the vehicle is returned and inspected, the refund process may begin.
  • Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
  • If the vehicle is returned damaged, altered, or incomplete, repair costs or deductions may apply.

Shipping & Return Costs

  • Shipping and delivery fees are generally non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are typically the customer’s responsibility.
  • If a return is caused by an issue that was our fault or a material misrepresentation, Grand Legacy Auto may cover return shipping.
  • Classic vehicle transport can vary in cost, especially when enclosed carrier shipping is required.
